Collecting documents securely from your students during the pandemic

Back to school in 2020 will look different from years past. With more students attending online classes and some staff working from home, it is more challenging to collect needed documents from students and parents.

MappingXpress, an online document transfer service offered by Mapping Your Future, provides a secure and cost-effective way to collect those documents.

MappingXpress enables students and parents to quickly respond to the school's documentation requests by uploading an electronic file of the requested documents. Schools retrieve the uploaded documents securely from their Access Area on Mapping Your Future, allowing them to efficiently process, organize, and retain the documents to complete the students' files in a timely manner.

A variety of customization options come standard with MappingXpress while some add-on customization options allow schools to go beyond the standard features, such as having the files converted to a certain standard format, retrieving the documents electronically, or customizing the file naming convention.
