The Department of Education announced last week that they will implement a Title IV Institutional Survey and they want to know how easy it is to conduct business with both the Department and the division of Federal Student Aid.
According to the Department, an independent vendor, CFI Group, will conduct the Title IV Institutional Survey electronically and launched this web survey on June 7. The survey will close by July 8. School financial aid administrations will receive an email with a link to the survey.
The Department said the survey should take about five minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and anonymous.
